How would you describe your morning routine? What do you typically do?
Wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy. Haha, just kidding. I usually get to the office around 9, get some free coffee, and then get down to business.
Commuting in a big city, what is it like and what tips do you have about it?
Honestly, maybe unpopular opinion, but I kinda love commuting. I listen to music or podcasts (my fave is Two Dope Queens) and do the New York Times crossword. Oh also, I take the bus which is half as crowded as the subway and picks up right on my corner.
What is your go-to work outfit?
Jeans, T-shirt or cozy sweater, a pair of sneakies, my jean jacket, and a scrunchy.
What is something you always have at your desk?
Clutter. And lots of SNACKS!!
What is your favorite spot in the office?
Hmmm the big tables by the kitchen. There’s lots of natural light and room to spread out.
When you know it is going to be a challenging day at the office, what helps keep you motivated?
My work buddies. And popcorn, love that stuff.
What kind of projects have you worked on so far in this current rotation?
I’ve done a real mix of things so far. I got to help come up with a platform idea and brief creatives for one of my accounts. Recently, I’ve been working on segmenting consumers and creating personas for better targeting.
Lunch break! What do you do for lunch?
I usually bring something pre-made and yummy from Trader Joes and hang with fellow associates.
What do you wish someone had told you day one?
To not be so serious. Don’t worry too much and have fun!
How do you break up your work day?
I like to move location to get a change of scenery.

Brainstorming with other super creative, funny people.

Hell’s Kitchen – what is a cool local spot/restaurant/shop around the office you have found that you love?
I just went to a place called The Waylon - they have life-changing queso and a juke box!
How do you wind down after a long day at work?
Re-watch The Office or Broad City for the millionth time, hang out on my fire escape, or color in my coloring books.
When you are not in the office, what do you like to do around NYC?
Eat bagels. Pet dogs. Hang at Bed, Bath and Beyond. The usual.

Our building was an old chocolate factory!!
