Once I get to work, I go to my desk and check my emails so I can respond to any requests or
questions that came in overnight.
Commuting in a big city, what is it like and what tips do you have about it?
Live close to Ogilvy and avoid the subway. If you have to take the subway, move closer to work.
What is your go-to work outfit?
Shoes are a must. Ideally you also wear socks.
What is something you always have at your desk?
The phone and email directory. Conference room booking and IT are necessary for life.
What is your favorite spot in the office?
Anywhere near the coffee machine. Coffee is necessary for life.
When you know it is going to be a challenging day at the office, what helps keep you motivated?
Knowing that the work I do is actually making a difference.
What kind of projects have you worked on so far in this current rotation?
For American Express, I’ve worked closely with the organic and strategy teams.
Lunch break! What do you do for lunch?
Find Isa Sabogal and Aquinnah Fox. Two of the people who keep motivated and optimistic. They are necessary for life.
What do you wish someone had told you day one?
Always bring a phone charger.
How do you break up your work day?
I take a walk around the office.

Working with an amazingly talented and motivated team. My colleagues have taught me so much and I am constantly inspired by their work.
