How would you describe your morning routine?
I bike to the office from the West Village – it takes about 25 minutes and it’s a great start to my day. I get in around 7:00 AM and head downstairs to the gym for an hour. After my workout, I shower, get ready, and am at my desk by 9:00 AM.
What is your staple work outfit?
Black pants or jeans, a blouse with either a fun scarf or sweater (it can get pretty cold in the office), and either flats or converse.
What kind of projects are you working on right now?
I spend my days mainly doing research for our clients and creative teams. The research I’m doing, in the end, helps inform strategy decisions that our internal team makes with the client.
Where do you go for lunch?
I bring my lunch to the office every day.
How do you break up your work day?
I fill up my water bottle probably every hour (that sounds excessive, but it gives you an excuse to walk around for a bit and it keeps you hydrated). I also like to change up my work location: sometimes I’ll work at my desk, find a couch in a common area, or go to a private phone room. And, of course, eating lunch with the associates is the best break because we get a chance to share the interesting projects we’re working on.
What is your favorite spot in the office?
Absolutely love the common spaces – they always have the comfiest couches, the brightest lighting, and best views of the pier or skyline.
How do you wind down after a long day at work?
I bike home and making a good homemade dinner with my roommate. My roommate and I are best friends from high school and we are working in very different sectors, so it’s always fun to share our work experiences and just kick back to enjoy a calming evening.
When you're not in the office, what do you like to do around NYC?
I have friends in the city from high school and college, so it’s always fun to catch up with my different groups of friends, explore different parts of town, or grab a bite to eat at a cool restaurant or bar.
